Born and raised in Latur, Mr. Nagnath Gitte deeply understands the aspirations, challenges and dreams of the people of Marathwada. He began his journey in real estate over a decade ago with a simple but powerful belief: that every family — regardless of background — deserves a quality home in a safe, well-planned community.
Under his visionary leadership, Gitte Harmony has grown from a local developer into Latur's most recognized real estate brand. He has been instrumental in introducing township-style gated communities to areas that previously lacked basic residential planning — setting new benchmarks in roads, utilities, landscaping and security across Latur district.
Beyond real estate, Mr. Gitte is deeply committed to social causes — supporting education, youth employment, community infrastructure and transparent governance. He serves on several real estate and social development bodies, and is widely respected as a leader whose integrity drives both business success and community betterment.

Gitte Harmony Developers is founded by Mr. Nagnath Gitte with a mission to bring quality, legally clear NA plots to the people of Latur.
