Interested individuals or organizations may register as channel partners by completing the official registration process and submitting required documentation such as identity proof, business registration details, and regulatory registrations where applicable.
All channel partners must comply with the guidelines of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and promote Gitte Harmony projects responsibly using only approved marketing materials and verified project information.
Commission structures are defined project-wise and are payable only after completion of the booking process and receipt of payments in accordance with company policies.
Gitte Harmony reserves the right to modify or update the Channel Partner Policy in line with regulatory requirements or internal business policies.
